Description: The camp is designed to train 3
times per week for 5 ½ weeks. Two
sessions per week are skill development sessions. One time per week is a game. The skill development sessions involve one
hour of ice time for mites and 1 ½ hours

hours of off-ice training. Off-ice
training includes plyometrics (appropriate for each age group), puck skills,
cross training, and classroom training.
Special Features: We also offer the PDP Day Camp
for parents that work and need “day care” for the kids. Parents can drop off the kids on the way to
work (we open at 7:00 a.m.) and pick them up before 5:00 p.m. This service is an extra cost, but allows
